My mother had a saying for my dad's usual meal choices for the week it went, "meat & potatoes, meat & potatoes, meat & potatoes, spaghetti!" The man loves his potatoes in their many forms: mashed, baked, roasted, boiled, or my least favourite salad. Thus honouring my father's choice for all things spud, I carry this seasoning for him, to make his potatoes even better.
