I really should eat more seafood, unfortunately Miss Diana isn't a big fan, so I don't eat it as often as I would like. When I do though, usually the ingredients involve some combination of butter, garlic, lemon and a healthy dose of pepper, so forget trying to combine the last three and let this seasoning do the work!
